I actually had very high hopes from FabHotels. These people made me look at 3 different rooms for my stay as the room initially allotted to me was in unimaginable state. To summarise, all the rooms were smelly with dirty bed sheets and dirty washrooms, and to my surprise one of the room was actually smelling of cigarettes. It was a prepaid booking, never got a refund for it. Nevertheless, I would suggest you guys, never to book this hotel ever.

Room was just awesome and so clean guys, but there was bit problem like ac was not properly working and the toilet was lid was broken but it's ok. I did not complain anything. Location is also good looks like you are in a 3 star hotel aswom view out of windows. I will definitely recommend to anyone to choose this. All in all first time my experience was satisfied.

Check in date 15 June, stayed only for 1 Night. Location - Pretty bad, inside some colony where you won't even find a General store. Hard to even get any public transport. Choose rather staying nearer to Gaur city Hotels. Rooms - When we reached it was approx 11 Am in the morning, Early check in was requested and paid in advance to the owner, on reaching they won't welcome you, neither help you with you luggage's, you have to climb this slope yourself which is very slippery, any one can fall any time. We asked them to give rooms, reception person was like pay extra for early check in where rooms were already available, they were hesitant to provide check in. Check in time is 12 Noon. After i called several people, he feel pressured and gave us used rooms, (Took Money at the check in itself knowing that we might come back and not stay at this place), Dirty Bed Sheet, Dirty Linen, No towels, No Toiletries, Rooms was looking like it got checked out very recently, and i requested them that my parents needs to use the rest rooms, pls clean this, they said ok came back in 15 mins says it is clean, i went to the rooms and found nothing has been done. i had to call that guy again and get everything changed in front of me, It seems they never clean it. No guests leaves the room this dirty. Let's come to the bathroom. Water was not passing out... it was coming into our room. We were very upset and had to leave hotel. they even did not had water to offer. after repeated calls they gave us water bottle which was open, I had to go out and bring water bottles from a good distance. and the very next morning we checked out of this place. It is inhuman to treat guests like this, Whosoever reading this. Just don't go with images it is not at all nearer to what you are seeing posted.

Booked a family room for one day. This hotel is a Oyo hotel aswell. From the reception to food everything was a low grade experience. They provide me a room, whose bedsheet was not clean and torn. The room can not be locked from inside as the lock was broken. Although TV and AC are their but both are not in a working condition. When I try to call the reception, the phone installed in room was neither working. I went to reception and they told me to note the mobile numbers for reception and food order. The ordered the food. It must say the food was not served warm and it's almost cold. I ask them for tea with the instructions to make the chai kadak. I ordered twice with same instructions of kadak tea and both time they provide the tea like we get in railways. Pathetic! Let me talk about the bathroom condition at the end. The jetspray was not working and the bucket was very untidy, it seems that they have not clean the bucket from last two years and moreover the lock of bathroom was in broken condition. When I try to complain them about the room condition, the hotel staff start ignoring me and my phone calls. I would have rate the negative, but Google or Fabhotels does not provides the option of negative rating. I would suggest the fellows to not booking this hotel

Don’t book this hotel from OYO. They will simply scam you by telling in this price you won’t get deluxe rooms and you will have to stay at the back of the property in a servant quarter. If you want deluxe rooms, you will have to pay double of what you paid in oyo. I got my refund after talking to oyo support for about 2hrs and sharing the evidences.
