I had a good experience staying here, the staff is generous and behaved well, made sure everything was provided. The food was really delicious, one should definitely try it. Also thanks to wajiha they made our day very special and memorable great staff

This was my third stay at this hotel in Greater Noida, which has been my preferred choice so far. Unfortunately, this visit left me quite disappointed. The bathroom floor had shower gel spilled on it, and I slipped because of it. Although I avoided a serious fall, my leg hurt throughout the day. This is a basic safety issue that should never happen. Another letdown was the lack of attentiveness from the staff at the entrance. I noticed guests opening the main door themselves while the guards stood by watching cricket on their phones. When you’re entering with a handful of shopping bags, you naturally expect assistance. To be fair, one staff member did help me during checkout, and I appreciate that gesture. My biggest complaint, however, is the food and beverage pricing. Charging ₹250 for a can of Coke that retails for around ₹40 felt unreasonable. When you already pay five-star prices for the room, it doesn’t feel justified to charge five-star prices for every small item. Because of these experiences, I don’t think I’ll be choosing this hotel again.

We had reservations about booking this hotel, but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and hygienic. The Food and Beverage service was outstanding - the food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Definitely a top recommendation for Delhi NCR! 😊

I had a really good stay at ExpoInn Suites & Convention. The hotel feels clean, modern, and well managed from the moment you walk in. The staff (Especially Chanchal)..was polite, helpful, and quick to respond, which honestly makes a big difference. My room was spacious, comfortable, and properly maintained. Food was good, especially the breakfast — fresh and satisfying. The location is a big plus if you’re attending events or exhibitions nearby. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience with no unnecessary hassles. Definitely a reliable place to stay, and I’d consider coming back again.

Hotel staff is not good. They did not know how to deal with the guest. At the time of check in the staff taking the phone and posting the positive review on the Google reviews, we are denay and says that we will give the genuine review after check out but they continue force to post review. Also always food bill will be paying at the time of check out but they asking you continue paying and irritate you for less ammount when you pay in advance for stay bill. We requested as we will pay at the time of check out as we claim all bill at the single time and it is easy to handle us but they did not understand. Wi fi facility is very poor and keep disconnect every 5 min. We raised our concern but staff always say we send IT person but IT person was not coming. In 4 floor every time smocking coming in your room from the duct. We did not understand how they got 5 star catagory. We avoid to come again. Please visit at own risk
