Outside of the great selection of ethnic wear, the staff was exceptional. Shout-out to Mr. Narendra Pandey at this store, who was attentive, thoughtful and professional. Right through to the checkout when he even ensured that the garment bags too were impeccable. It is rare to see this kind of attention to detail over anything in India, let alone in a retail store.

Worst customer experience at Raymond – Sector 18, Noida (Ethnic Section). I had an extremely disappointing interaction with a sales representative named Bhusan Kumar. When we asked for information about a western outfit shown in a picture, instead of helping or checking availability, he flatly refused and responded very rudely saying “aapse ho available hai usmain pasand hi nahi ho rha , aur chale hain demo para karne” and then walked away without offering any alternatives or assistance. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is unacceptable for a brand like Raymond. A sales representative is expected to guide customers, not judge them or ignore their queries. Because of this poor attitude, we had to leave without making a purchase. Raymond seriously needs to train its staff on basic customer service and courtesy, especially in premium locations like Sector 18, Noida.
