I had a very pleasant stay at Encasa Stays, Sector 70. The staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with any request. Very bad experience with Encasa Hotel, BS-104, Sector 70, Noida. On 31st August, I was promised a great deal by Ms. Priyanka — a minimal price including complimentary breakfast and no extra charges for additional bedding. It sounded like a fair and attractive offer. However, when I followed up on 30th October, the price had suddenly increased by more than ₹10,000! When I questioned it, she denied her own promise. We even saw her diary, where the original plan was written and later crossed out, replaced with a completely different plan on a new page. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. Totally disappointing experience — I would strongly advise everyone to get written confirmation before trusting any verbal commitments from this hotel.

I spent two nights here .. the location was near to my working area as well as some centres of the city ... The rooms were good with excellent service and staff .. specially a manager here with name Priyanka Gusain having welcoming nature... My two days were rememberable.... I suggest people they can spent their vacations and business also...
