The presentation was beautiful, neat, and very creative — perfect for such a special occasion. They used high-quality materials, lovely decorations, and elegant color combinations that made every gift look premium and festive. Even delicate items like chandi bartan boxes were handled with great care and packed very securely. Everything was ready to present and looked absolutely stunning. I had a very disappointing experience at this packing shop. Before starting the work, I was told that the packing charges would be around ₹800. Based on that amount, I agreed to proceed. However, after the packing was completed, I was asked to pay ₹1050 without any proper prior confirmation or breakdown of the extra charges. What made it worse was that the quality of packing was not even worth ₹800. The materials and finishing did not justify the price charged. I genuinely felt overcharged. When we politely asked for clarification about the sudden increase in price, the lady’s mother responded in a rude and unprofessional manner instead of explaining the charges properly. As customers, we were only asking for transparency. Clear communication about final pricing and better customer behavior is very important in any business. Unfortunately, this experience was neither transparent nor pleasant. I hope they improve their pricing clarity and customer service in the future. Not recommended
