I ordered a pair of earrings seeing their profile on instagram. The earrings looked beautiful. I needed them urgently and thus got them portered. The earrings were expensive, however, I thought it would be good quality and thus decided to purchase them anyway. Once I received and opened the item, the part that holds the whole earring in the ear (stick) was not strong enough to hold the weight of the earring and broke straight away. This was within 5 mins of receiving it. I called them and asked them to replace it as it was faulty. I had not even had it for 5 mins and it broke. They said they cant exchange it. After expressing my disappointment they then asked me to go to their workshop to get it repaired. I had to go and get it done myself. I was travelling the next despite that I had to go and get it done as I was meant to wear it with my outfit. After hours of struggle, when I I finally had it fixed. Cut two, they lasted me that weeding for one day and when I came back, the stick broke again. For Rs 6000 + porter + all the time and energy that it took, it was a complete waste for something that was not upto standard to hole the weight of the earring itself from the beginning. Poor customer service as I dont believe it is customer service to not exchange ( I dint as for a refund) for an item that broke after 5 mins of receiving it, sending the customer to the workshop and then the item breaking again. It has been broken and sitting in my cupboard. Disappointing!!!
