I booked this banquet hall for my marriage for three days (17th, 18th & 19th February 2026), and the experience was truly excellent. This is one of the best banquet halls in Delhi NCR at this price point, offering outstanding accommodation, delicious food, a prime location, excellent services, and very courteous staff. The breakfast, lunch, dinner, and party food were all extremely tasty and served in generous quantities. The quality, taste, and variety of the food exceeded our expectations. The management team was highly cooperative, and the flexibility in food timings was a big plus. Everything was well organized, making the entire event smooth and stress-free. The venue also offers ample parking space, including both covered and open parking, with valet as well as self-parking facilities. I highly recommend this banquet hall to anyone looking for a perfect venue for weddings or special occasions. Do visit and experience it yourself!

One of the best place in this locality for all family function. Centrally located Very Nice Ambience neat and clean with supportive staff. Washroom are well maintained hygiene on top priority. Snacks and all food items were tasty fresh and healthy. The servings staff were very comfortable and cooperative. Total function were administered by the strong management team. Lot of parking space with valet parking facilities.

Diamond Crown Banquet is by far one of the worst banquet halls I have ever seen. What happened here was disgusting, shocking, and completely unacceptable. The food area had cockroaches crawling around. Yes, cockroaches near the food that was being served to guests. This is not a small issue — it shows zero hygiene standards and total negligence. After seeing this, many guests stopped eating. Imagine inviting people to a function and serving food from a place infested with insects. Absolutely shameful. The overall cleanliness is horrible. Floors were dirty, corners were neglected, and the washrooms were filthy, smelly, and poorly maintained. There was no proper cleaning staff visible, and it looked like hygiene is the last thing this place cares about. The rooms are in pathetic condition. Old, badly maintained, unclean rooms with stained bedsheets and dirty bathrooms. This place charges premium prices but provides cheap, third-class facilities. Not fit for families, elders, or guests staying overnight. The staff and management are careless and irresponsible. When we raised complaints about cockroaches and hygiene, they were ignored completely. No apology, no action, no accountability. This shows how little they care about customer experience and safety. Diamond Crown Banquet completely ruined the event atmosphere. A banquet hall is trusted with people’s most important celebrations, but this place does not even meet basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT BOOK Diamond Crown Banquet unless you want embarrassment in front of your guests and serious hygiene risks. This place needs immediate inspection and strict action from authorities

I had a very bad experience at Diamond Crown Banquet, and I feel it’s important to share this so others can be careful before booking this place. The biggest shock was the food quality and hygiene. We actually noticed cockroaches near the food counters, which is completely unacceptable for a banquet hall that hosts weddings and large functions. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Many guests avoided eating after seeing this, and it ruined the overall mood of the event. The overall hygiene level was extremely poor. Floors, washrooms, and common areas were not properly cleaned. The washrooms were smelly, poorly maintained, and lacked basic cleanliness, which is embarrassing when you are hosting guests. The rooms provided were also not in good condition. The rooms looked old, unclean, and poorly maintained. Bedsheets did not seem fresh, and the bathrooms in the rooms were in very bad shape. Definitely not suitable for family members or guests. The staff behavior was unprofessional and careless. Complaints about cleanliness and food were ignored, and no proper action was taken even after informing the management. There was no sense of responsibility or urgency. Overall, Diamond Crown Banquet failed badly in terms of hygiene, food quality, and guest comfort. A banquet hall should maintain high standards, especially when people trust them with important events like weddings. Sadly, this place did not meet even basic expectations.
