It's slightly far off from Ramnagar, but I believe that is the USP. Such serenity and comfort in the environment, the property only acts as an icing on the cake. Fantastic time we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. House keeping was proactive. The staff was cordial everywhere especially Mr Khem in the dining section. They even provide stay for the drivers of cabs you commute in. Made my stay comforting and pleasurable. Must recommend to people who actually desire warmth, peace and tranquility

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality was exceptional — every staff member was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special mention to the GM Mr.Shiv Kumar, who genuinely went out of the way to keep our 4-year-old engaged and happy. That personal touch made a huge difference for us as parents and made our stay feel extra special. It’s rare to see such genuine care and kindness towards children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was prompt, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families — we will definitely be back!

Overall, it was a good and pleasant experience. The resort has a nice ambiance and is well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff was courteous, and the overall stay felt comfortable and peaceful. However, there were a couple of small disappointments. Hard drinks were not available, which would have been a good addition, and charging an extra ₹2000 for the bonfire felt unnecessary and overpriced. Apart from these points, everything else was enjoyable, and I would still recommend this resort for a calm and refreshing getaway.

We are currently in the property. This is the most mismanaged Marriott property I have been to. The fridge in the room is not working. The ice given has melted into mucky water in a glass. Groups of people are drunk and creating a ruckus in front of the dining hall. The staff is huddling in a corner and not taking any action. Worst place in Corbett after a long drive - not worth the time and money at all. Marriott - you should be careful in supporting and endorsing properties like these!!

I came here with family for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the resort's service and scenic beauty and view. The entire staff here is very helpful, courteous and sincere in their services. The resort naturally felt like a home in the hills. The food here is amazing and authentic in taste. The restaurant manager Mr. Ravi and his chef make sure you get the best dining experience, taking pains to address even the smallest of things so that the guests not only leave with a happy stomach but also a fulfilled heart. I have been to many resorts near Jim Corbett but Debu's The Fern has hands down stood out among all of them. Cheers to the management and hospitality team as well at the higher management for providing exceptional hospitality experience to their guests.
