We booked this resort for our guests for a one‑night stay, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food, rooms, and overall atmosphere were truly lovely. The entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating, and a special mention goes to Sahil. He supported us throughout the process and made a huge difference—he took all the stress off my shoulders, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests had a great time, and we’re genuinely grateful for the exceptional hospitality.

The place was very very beautiful. The rooms were clean and hygienic and the room service was great as well. The heated pool was amazing honestly. The food especially was on another level everything we ate there from daals to sweet dishes were cooked to perfection. All of our buffet meals had so so so much variety. The staff was so helpful and nice always quick to help. Our overall experience was extremely good 👍

Beautiful property! Amazing hospitality! They will go beyond their capacity to help you in whatever way possible! Hassle free early check in. Strongly recommended!! Sahil was very helpful throughout the procedure! Extremely satisfied with the stay!

Had a very peaceful and worry free stay at Panorama resorts. Huge credit to the staff who went out of the way to provide for whatever was requested from them. Credits to the canteen staff too, food was delicious and healthy. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Shabby, ill maintained property with team that has no clue about hospitality! Visited during the weekend with family including baby and sr citizen parents. While booking directly, their sales guy over phone paints a very rosy picture of the property and it's facilities(supposedly 4 star on Google)but the experience turns upside down the moment you reach. It starts with a small congested car parking space of 5-6 cars only at the entrance, rest have to park at some distance away, for which you have to take short walk beside the forest that's unsafe in this remote place especially after sunset. Once at the reception, instead of greeting, the guy asked us to make upfront payment of balance amount adamantly stating it's mentioned in one of the clauses in booking receipt, that we overlooked and was not informed to us by the sales guy beforehand. anyhow we made the payment and asked for the bill. He refused to provide bill and informed it would be provided on checkout only. The checkin itself was this ridiculous, with guests left at the mercy of these chaps! Sometime later we, saw the same fellow spitting in resort lawns in front of guests! Horror happened the next night during dinner, when we slept our baby with parents post their food, so that we could quickly have food and return.Suddenly the baby started crying profusely and my wife had to leave her meal midway to return to room.I humbly requested the restaurant team to kindly deliver the remaining plate to the room so that a breastfeeding mother doesn't go empty stomach over the night. Guess what, they bluntly refused- hume ye allowed nahi h! Seeing the situation, even my parents came down in this cold to restaurant to request again, but this same guy asked us to carry the plate ourselves to the room else they will 'see' once the buffet gets over!I lost all my patience there and visited reception to see only a guard there. All phone calls to their available numbers went unanswered at night! With no other food option outside in this remote place, felt like prisoner in their premises, totally at the mercy of these semi literate chaps at night! Anyhow, wife was forced to visit restaurant again to swallow food quickly and leave. We checked out the next morning and the bill is yet to be seen for payment done 2 days back! The above experience is for all to see.The polished language of the sales guy over phone and photoshopped pics shared online lured us to this crap and spoiled our vacation.Several similar guest reviews on the property and behaviour were there on Google earlier as well but we overlooked them and paid the price! By far the worst experience we have ever had in a resort!
