This place was the worst one out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at. They were actually just blaming their customers and while giving good service to them they called it a favor. Similarly there were no keys to the cupboards of the room and they blamed us for misplacing them. Moreover the cupboards and bathroom were stinking. I wish we had never stayed there. It was just we had no other choice as we were late and it was urgent. I hope u might have a better experience.

Overall it was ok experience. Ac was good but it was far away from bed and it was taking too long for the AC to cool the room. Bucket was not provided in the wash room but wash room was very clean and also check in was very smooth. For couple it is very good and comfortable. Breakfast - it was worst. In Reception there was one boy which was very cooperative.

Worst experience. Washroom were dirty, room was dirty. Didn't change the room. Breakfast was horrible, too much oil, poha without salt. Ordered tea in the evening, one tea cost is rs. 64 and that too horrible. I guess it was re-heated which was prepared earlier.

Not at good hotel. Very poor services. If we call reception for water they will get water after 15 mins. If order food for breakfast they will not get till 50 mins. Rooms are also dirty. Bathrooms are also not cleaned. Not properly maintained. Rooms were not cleaned while doing check-in. Bedsheets were not changed. Asked them to change the bedsheets

List is very long the place was horrible to stay. The room is full of some kind of bad smell, the water glasses which were kept in the room had cigarette tobacco marks in it, the toilet seat was broken. They changed the room when I informed but almost all of the problems will be again seen in other room as well.
