I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered vrat ka khana from this restaurant, but they served it with onion. This is completely unacceptable on religious grounds, as vrat food should strictly follow fasting rules. On top of that, the food was undercooked and not edible. This shows carelessness and insensitivity towards customers’ faith and food quality. I request an proper apology from the restaurant. Such mistakes should not be repeated.

Pathetic experience !!!! I just ordered a cold coffee from caterspoint noida 141 branch, they have displayed the coffe in a bottle like caventers and what i received was completely different. It was a tetrapack and the quantity was too less not even justifying half of its price. The main disappointment was the packing as the coffee was completely spilled in the packet and was leaking from the delivery partner has picked up to my location, so it has been reduced to half of the quantity. Niether I got any assitance from the restaurant and ultimately i my money was completely wasted as i have to throw the order in the dustbin the moment it was handed over to me. I wish i could rate caterspoint 0, if there would be an option and could post the photos and videos of the order i received.

I ordered the Veg Extravaganza Sandwich from Caterspoint online. It was decent, with fresh ingredients and a good blend of flavors. However, for the price of around 400 Rs, I expected a bit more in terms of portion size and uniqueness. Overall, a satisfactory but not exceptional experience.
