Excellent Experience, Everything was managed so professionally and the staff was so warm, helping and polite- Kudos to Anjali and Tanya for solving all my doubts throughout the booking and taking me into confidence that everything will be done properly and I don’t need to worry at all. Also, kudos to the chef- Neeraj and his team for making the catering experience as wonderful as possible. The buffet setup was also very premium and kept the food warm all the time. You should definitely order from them, because i know for the fact that from now on I will only give my orders to them only always✨

Terrible Catering Service – Avoid at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience with Cater Panda. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. First, the communication was horrible. They were unprofessional and disorganized. I had to keep following up just to confirm basic details. On the day of the event, they caused me with unnecessary stress. The food was cold, stale, and tasteless, what they did bring looked nothing like what was promised. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful, showing no professionalism at all. Several guests complained about the quality of the food, and some even got sick after eating. It was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. For the price we paid, this was beyond disappointing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I wouldn't trust them to cater a simple lunch, let alone an important event. ★☆☆☆☆ – If I could give zero stars, I would!
