Shalini is an awesome baker and an even better teacher! Her cakes, cookies, tea cakes, and cupcakes are absolutely delicious — full of flavor and made with perfection. I also attended her 4-day baking workshop, and it was such a wonderful experience. She explains every single detail with so much clarity and patience that even beginners feel confident baking. Well I went to learn the basics of bakery here,but Voila!!!! I approximately came out a professional baker. Shalini, our guru, has so much patience and fine knowledge that made me learn the minute details of baking and made me realize where I was missing... Baking is a different science unlike cooking I must say. Guys, either you want to learn the basics or advance of bakery, here is your stop... Go for it...
