For our wedding, Aditya weds Namrata, we chose Brijwasi Sweets for the food arrangements — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the very first meal to the last serving, the experience was flawless, emotional, and absolutely unforgettable. The flavours were so authentic and comforting that every guest, young or old, personally came up to appreciate the food. The quality, freshness, and presentation were all top-notch, and you could genuinely feel the love and effort put into every dish. A special mention to some unforgettable items: • Bedmi Puri: Perfectly crisp, flavour-packed, and served hot every time. Many guests said this was the best Bedmi they’ve had in years. • Chhole Bhature: Soft bhature, rich chhole — the kind that instantly makes you smile. An absolute crowd favourite. • Aloo Gobhi: Homestyle, aromatic, and genuinely comforting. It reminded everyone of those traditional wedding lunches we grew up attending. • Gulab Jamun: Soft, melt-in-mouth, and balanced in sweetness. People came for second and third servings. • Moong Dal Halwa: Rich, warm, and pure bliss. The perfect way to end a wedding meal, and the most talked-about dessert of the evening. I want to personally thank Ganesh Bhaiya, who was always there with a smile, making sure everything was served on time and with care. And a big thanks to Mahesh Ji, the owner, for treating our wedding like his own family function. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly reflected in every plate served. Brijwasi Sweets didn’t just cater food — they created memories for us and our guests. Highly, highly recommended for anyone who wants their wedding food to be remembered long after the event is over.
