Absolutely the Worst Experience – Save Yourself the Regret We’ve waited months before writing this, hoping things would improve, but enough is enough. Hiring this team for our wedding was one of the biggest mistakes we've ever made. If you’re reading this and still considering working with Anupam and Nidhi, please don’t. You will be setting yourself up for stress, disappointment, and a long, painful follow-up process. From the start, they came across as professionals. But once the payment was made, everything went downhill. Their behavior turned shockingly unprofessional — no communication, no updates, zero accountability. Our contract clearly stated a one-month timeline for deliverables. It has now been over 4.5 months and we are still waiting for our wedding memories — something we should have cherished by now. Instead of owning up to delays, they play the blame game and say it's our fault for not selecting photos “on time” — a complete lie. Even if that were true, it does not justify months of silence and false promises. Every time we reached out, we were either ignored or fed fake timelines. There’s clearly no dedicated team working on projects, and from what we’ve seen, their editing skills are subpar at best. Basic color correction is off, and the final images look nothing like the dreamy wedding photos they promise to deliver. We gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, remained calm and polite — but nothing changed. It’s become abundantly clear that they are only in it for the money. Once your payment is through, their commitment to quality and service completely disappears. Avoid this team at all costs. Your wedding is too important to entrust to people who have no sense of ethics, professionalism, or respect for their clients. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

I’ve been waiting to put this review for months now but I guess now is the time. This is the worst team I’ve ever worked with. Highly unprofessional people who have no ethics whatsoever. Anupam and Nidhi have no integrity and respect for their clients. They can go to any level of ignorance once they have the money. We haven’t received our wedding data when our contract to get all the deliverables was a month. It’s been more than 4.5 months and still no updates. On the top of all this, they very conveniently play a blame game and say it’s delayed because you guys didn’t select photos in time. Let alone the timely delivery, their quality of work is horrible. Their photos don’t even have the right color scheme forget about their editing skills. Guess they don’t even have a dedicated team who works on the project and they keep giving fake timelines if at all they respond back, which generally doesn’t happen anyway. We’ve tried giving multiple opportunities and we’ve been very polite and patient but to no avail. PLEASE NEVER WORK WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR BIG DAY. These guys have no intention to work, they are just money minded people who have no accountability whatsoever.

They take the word ‘unprofessional’ to a whole new level. If you want your wedding pictures and videos, please stay away from them! My friends Tanya and Tejasvi hired them for their wedding. We were all so excited to see their wedding pictures and videos, but the photographers have ghosted them after receiving payment. Just because the bride n groom are in a different country, the photographers think they no longer need to deliver on their contract. Why become a photographer when you can’t even fulfill the basic duties? Can’t imagine missing out the precious moments from your ‘once in a lifetime experience’.
