I came across Birthday planet through Google search in Noida and planned to go ahead with them to give it a try. When we personally met with Vikram, he assured us about the event plan - listened to what was in our mind, suggested great ideas and then finally executed them as per plan. We didn’t have to follow up with him, everything was hassle free. Highly professional staff, great management and a well coordinated team. Let me start by telling everyone who is looking at the reviews to decide if they should go for birthday planet event management team, just go for it. Vikram is a go to guy. He will get you what you want, how you want and when. This was my daughter's first bday celebration and a big one i tell you, with almost 140 guests and I had to worry about nothing. Every little detail was taken care of. My expectations were met. And even after heavy rain that day the party was all set, no delays. Food, decor, music, management every thing was great. Vikram was personally present to take care of everything so we had to worry about nothing. He understands the requirements and tries his best to fulfill it. He is open for suggestions and takes any kind of feedback good or bad in a very welcoming way. He is prompt, polite and very professional. One incident happened after 15days of my event. All the photos and videos of that day got lost as my system crashed. I was so restless that I started calling Vikram at 6:50 in the morning (not an appropriate time to call someone for work stuff). He did not pick for the first two calls but third time he did and I just told him what has happened. He (at that hour, must have woken up by my call) calm and polite as always heard my problem and said he has the back up and will send me. To my utter suprise within half an hour I had all the photos and videos of my daughter's first birthday back. He had sent it to me in such short time. So even after the event he is so welcoming and hospitable. He sure is a good human. Thank you Vikram for such a wonderful event, that day was beautifully happy for us. Keep growing.
