No butterscotch nut in butterscotch pastry It lacked the signature scotch nuts that are usually expected in a butterscotch pastry, which was a bit disappointing. The portion size was also quite small for the price. Overall, the freshness and texture were good, but the missing nuts and small size took away from the experience. Only plus point was pastry was fresh.

I have ordered red valvet pastry. I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the pastry I purchased. The pastry has a very bad smell, making it completely unfit for consumption. I have already complained multiple times to support team about this issue, but the staff simply responded by saying they will do nothing. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a food business.

When I reached out to Bakingo, they showed little urgency or genuine apology, asking me to wait another 3 hours for a replacement. Instead of offering a full refund or immediate resolution, they proposed a 30% wallet refund, which felt dismissive. I do not recommend ordering from Bakingo for important events like birthdays or anniversaries, where presentation and punctuality are essential. This was a disappointing experience, and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future.

i got this after delaying my order for 2 hours .i want refund this cake smelling. very bad experience,and the staff is also very rude ,i placed order around 7pm and they gave me time slot 8pm to 10 pm for delivery and i saw my order is out for delivery for 3 hours and i called store people very rude and the delivery guy is very nonsense person very rude asking me to come main road to take my order i denied then went far and delivering multiple orders and saying i will come by 11pm ,i hate this i came for first time and having bad experience.
