The cottages are realy cool. Location is very nice on main road. The only draw back is the service. We stayed 2 nights with family. On 2nd night when we asked for water, the person who came said we have only mineral water. I informed I want normal drinking water. After insisting he provided one normal water bottle. Our group had occupied entire resort. However I saw on 2nd night that few people were drinking in the park and creating an unsafe scene. Playing loud music and talking loudly. Not good for a family crowd staying at the hotel. The wedding we attended was happening nearby but my family didn't feel safe hence I stayed with them. The management needs to train staff better and ensure safety and well being of its guest. It's a beautiful resort but spoiled by this experience.

So we had booked rooms, for our family trip. And upon our arrival, we get to know, that they have cancelled our stays. Without any prior information. We as a family, were left stranded and clueless. Helpless too. We figured out the reason: Some other tourists “who paid a higher price” were given our rooms on the spot. When we asked to give us compensations, we were told that we are making unreasonable “demands”. My personal urge to fellow tourists and travelers, you will find far better options at promising prices and much nicer facilities. Please, please search more. Never should this resort be an option. This was truly worthless. On top of that, the non-understanding mindset of the staff was really off-putting. And unfortunately given the location (Baagh Villas is crammed in between two more resorts) the price charged and the arrogance was not even upto the expectations.

I don't even want to give them 1 star rating as they don't deserve that. We had booking also had communication with them before reaching that place . We have discussed we will be reaching there also will have lunch for 10 person. But when we reached that place got know they canceled our booking they sold that to others exchange of extra money. We were clueless they are so unprofessional that they don't every share name and telling they don't know anything. If that is the case then what they are doing there. At last indirectly communicating they want some extra money. They are fraud and running a scam. Don't go there don't book they are fraud. Behavior is very bad. Very bad experience

Thought it as a family hotel, children friendly but it came out to be another cheap couple famous hotels around, the staffs are very unprofessional and there is no guarantee of your booking if booked online. On your arrival they will say the rooms are on auction and who pays the most gets the cottages. Very unfortunate for those who travelled and reached the property. This type of properties should be black listed from all online booking website. Worst experience ever with any hotel till date
