Placed an order for a necklace on 14 Apr 2019. Received a damaged broken peice, contacted customer care immediately and they assured me that the necklace would be picked up and replaced. I had to chase them from scheduling the reverse pick up to issuing a replacement as they don't refund money ,they issue a store credit.. But finally I have got a replacement and I am quite happy with the product. But I probably won't buy from them again.

Don't trust this site....I ordered one necklace set 6 months back from this site and I received different earrings as shown on the site so I returned my order immediately but this fraud site didn't refund my money till date👹👹 never order from this
