We stayed at this place for one night since we were leaving early for Jim Corbett NP. It was absolutely worth it and a great spot. The place is quiet, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The host provided excellent service - accommodated late check-in. The food deserves a special mention: delicious, homely, and truly home-cooked - enjoyed a great breakfast before starting our Jim Corbett adventure. Highly recommended.

I booked 5 rooms for a group of 10 friends this month and I'm sharing my experience here. The garden outside looks very pretty, rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Location is good for people arriving by train as it is very close to the railway station. Check-in process was smooth, all questions answered by texts/phone call whenever needed. Now coming to the negative sides of this stay- The bathrooms are average, but what disappointed us was they did not provide towels. When we asked for towels, they said sorry we do not have any fresh towels available. They provided towels for 2 rooms out of 5. Isn't this a basic amenity that any hotel/stay would provide? How were no towels available even after booking the stay 1 month in advance? Secondly, every stay usually provides 2 complimentary water bottles, but this place did not. They keep 2 water bottles in the room but charge for it during checkout above MRP. And lastly, we were told during booking that breakfast would be available À-la-carte but there was absolutely no food. We had to leave the place without a shower and without any food in the morning. Overall, I'd rate the place good for cleanliness but service/amenities needs to be highly improved.

Loved my stay at Atithi Stays. The surroundings were beautiful and the location is very central, with Jim Corbett close by and a visit to Girija Mandir made easy. The rooms were comfortable, and room service was good and well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly warm and made the experience extra special as I celebrated New Year’s Eve there. The celebration was intimate and thoughtfully organized, with fun games, like-minded people, and a great atmosphere where guests connected and enjoyed the night thoroughly.

I had booked around 6 rooms at Atithi for an event we were hosting on their lawn, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic things like room service, drinking water, towels, and even soaps were treated like some kind of “add-on package.” When we asked for them, we were told, “You’ve only paid for the rooms and the lawn, not these.” I even said I’m willing to pay if needed, but despite that, we were charged ₹50 per towel and ₹20 for a 500 ml Bisleri bottle. This is the kind of treatment you expect at a budget dharamshala, not a place claiming to host events. What makes it worse is that during negotiations they assured us morning tea and coffee would be served to our rooms — and guess what? Not a single cup ever arrived. Zero hospitality, zero follow-through. When you’re hosting guests and spending money on multiple rooms, the least you expect is basic courtesy and transparency. Unfortunately, none of that was provided. Would definitely not recommend this place unless they seriously rethink their service.
