We stayed at ABN Sarovar Portico for two nights during our wedding celebrations, and the experience was very pleasant for our family and guests. The reception team handled multiple check-ins very smoothly. A special thanks to Kritika and Mohit at the reception desk for their professionalism, helpful attitude, and support throughout check-in and checkout. They made sure everything was well coordinated and comfortable for our guests. Overall, a very good stay and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Stunning Riverside Views & Exceptional Hospitality! “ Our stay at ABN Sarovar Portico in Jim Corbett (Ramnagar) was truly unforgettable. The location is a slice of paradise—the rooftop restaurant and bar offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains with the Kosi River flowing right alongside. The nights were cold and windy, but the hospitality was incredibly warm. A huge thank you to Deepak from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond by constantly bringing fresh wooden logs to the bonfire. He didn't let the fire go cold for a second, ensuring we stayed cozy and comfortable throughout the evening. The dining experience at The Clove was the highlight of our trip. Ravindra Bisht and Mukesh Joshi provided outstanding service; their attentiveness and professional yet warm approach made us feel truly special. The food was absolutely 'lipsmacking'—the Club Sandwich and Veg Biryani were delicious, and the Hot and Sour Soup was the perfect treat for the chilly weather. We also want to thank Kavita from The Flavours for her pleasant and welcoming hospitality. From the views to the people, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a soulful getaway in Jim Corbett!"

My recent stay at Sarovar Portico Jim Corbett and it was defined by one standout factor — exceptional hospitality, especially from Sunaina at the reception. In an industry where courtesy is expected, she operates at a level beyond expectation. Her warmth never felt rehearsed; it felt genuine. Quite simply, she is an asset any hotel would be fortunate to have. A well-deserved 5 stars for her. The food was equally impressive. Both breakfast and dinner were thoughtfully prepared, well-balanced in flavor, and served in an ambiance that strikes a fine balance between comfort and refinement. The dining experience complemented the stay beautifully. If there is one area that requires attention, it is the game zone. The air hockey table was not functioning properly, the pool table lacked proper chalk, and the carrom board had no powder available. These are small details, but details matter — especially in a property that otherwise upholds high standards. Overall, a commendable stay made memorable largely because of Sunaina’s outstanding sense of hospitality.

I’ve been staying at ABN Sarovar Portico, Ramnagar since 6th Feb. I initially planned only a one-day stay, but I extended my trip purely because of the exceptional hospitality—especially from the restaurant team. The Kumaoni food here has genuinely impressed me: authentic, comforting, and beautifully prepared. A special shoutout to Chef Karandeep and Chef Virender for the taste and consistency. Most importantly, I want to mention Surender from the restaurant staff—he is extremely welcoming and attentive. His hospitality made such a positive difference that it became the main reason we decided to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ramnagar—great food and even better service.
