Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience at Aarunya Club byTivoli. We booked the venue based on clear assurances of timely completion , yet even two weeks past the committed date it remained incomplete and unfit to host the reception event. We were compelled to arrange our own labour at the last minute to make the space usable. The conduct of both staff and management was appalling -rude , dismissive and completely lacking responsibility. Basic facilities like toilets were non functional , there were serious security lapses, and staff were even found smoking inside washrooms. The food was average at best . This level of negligence and unprofessionalism for such an important event is inexcusable. It caused immense stress and inconvenience . Would strongly advise others to avoid- highly unreliable and poorly managed.

Review – Arrunya Club and Convention We attended an event here on March 16 2026 and the experience was extremely disappointing. The venue had promised to be ready by the end of February, yet even on the day of the event, the arrangements were incomplete and poorly managed. • The waiters and management staff were highly uncooperative. • They lacked even basic training in how to speak to guests or hosts. • Their behavior was rude, annoying, and uncivilized. • The bathrooms were unfinished, there was no water supply, and shockingly, staff members were found smoking bidis inside. • When the host approached the senior management, their response was shocking—they tried to run away from any accountability instead of addressing the issues. • The only saving grace was the good orchestra and decoration, which were organized by the host of the evening, not by the venue itself. Though I’ll appreciate the efforts of their head chef, he was the only person who was making sure that food is good, and people enjoy the evening as far as food is concerned. Overall, this venue is completely unsuitable for hosting any event. The management urgently needs to train its staff, fix its facilities, and take responsibility for guest experience. I would strongly advise against booking this place for any occasion till the time they learn to take accountability and make their guest their priority.

Very disappointing experience at Aurilya. The venue felt incomplete with poor basic facilities like lighting, restrooms and questionable safety arrangements. The staff was rude and unresponsive when concerns were raised. An important family event was affected due to poor management. Would advise others to be cautious before booking.
