Highly disappointed. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with valuable jewellery. Very poor and unprofessional service. I was charged ₹2500 for a simple chain repair, and the shop completely ruined my chain — it is now not even wearable. When I questioned the work, they argued with me for almost an hour instead of resolving the issue, causing unnecessary mental harassment and wasting my time. Later, another jeweller informed me the repair could have been done properly using laser welding for just ₹500 without damaging the chain.

reselling is not an option, they dont buy their own jewellery. i had purchased a 22inch gold chain before lockdown now they are saying its not there chain and they will deduct 15% of actual gold value
