We needed a product for our pooja and clearly asked whether that can be made or not. Owner confirm that they can make it and will deliver the product by 20th aug however, on 19th around 6 pm they are casually informing us that product cannot be made. When asked why they took advance and confirm the details if they were not sure, they turned very rude. Pathetic experience.
